A huge 198’ Cross, at I-57 & I-70 alongside the highway as you drive through Effingham, IL. is a spiritual experience you will remember always. It is erected as a memorial to Jesus’ life, death, & Resurrection, so we will not forget. A private foundation funded it & people from all over America pass by & remember why Jesus died & rose again for our salvation. It is so huge I was just blown away the first time I came upon it on my way to Indiana. Tears flowed down my cheeks as I remembered that I matter to a very real Son of the Living God, Jesus the Christ. If you can, drive by & see it for yourself. Fabulous!
