God’s Gift of Peace
Could you use some peace in your life? Inner peace comes from the free, loving and merciful blessings of God, His Son Jesus the Christ, and the Comforter sent to our souls, the Holy Spirit. It is not difficult to acquire. God wants us to live our lives in harmony, peace and joy. It is His intention that we be blest and have all good things. St. John 15:7 tells us “If you abide in me (Jesus), and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.”
“The Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, (Jesus), he shall teach you all things and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.” — St. John 14:26.
“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” — St. John 14:27
“For the Father Himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God. I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father. — St. John 16:27-28
